30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be initiated by contacting us at glowellskin@gmail.com.
Please do not send items back without first requesting a return — they will not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

Email glowellskin@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved:

  • We'll send you a return shipping label

  • You’ll receive step-by-step instructions on how to send your item back

  • Returns should be posted to: [Insert Return Address]


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we’ll make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personal care or beauty products (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Perishables or hazardous materials (e.g. flammable liquids)

Exchanges

Need a different item?
We recommend placing a new order and returning the original item once your return is accepted.


European Union Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered within the EU, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it — no reason required.

The product must be:

  • Unopened and unused

  • In its original condition and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund
