Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your order summary and tracking information.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your delivery via the carrier's website using this number.

Delivery Issues

Delayed or Lost Packages: If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please email us at glowellskin@gmail.com and we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. GlōWell is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
